YOUR INFORMATION

What we keep.

Round Town Games uses the adult account holder’s email address to send sign-in links and connect game saves to the right account. Children do not need to give us their real name, email, age, or location.

Your adventure saves

We keep each account’s game progress, horse choices, collected items, and Hoof & Tale answer history in our Cloudflare database. Answer history includes the subject, skill, time, attempts, and hint use. Learning reports are practice statistics, not a formal assessment.

This browser

An essential sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Game saves also stay on this device, under an account-specific key, so a temporary connection failure does not lose your progress. A newer save from another device is never silently replaced.

Your choices

You can sign out from the launcher, download learning reports in the game’s stable, and reset the game to start fresh. A reset also clears the saved learning history for that game and syncs the reset to your account. Download anything you want to keep before resetting.

Email and hosting

Cloudflare hosts this site, stores account saves, and delivers requested sign-in emails when email sending is enabled. We do not include advertising, marketing emails, third-party tracking scripts, or public child profiles.
